Instructions for filling up the form.

1. Use capital letters for filling up the Registration form.
2. School code – School code is a 7 digit unique code for your school assigned by the Society. You may find it pasted on the information Brochure sent with this School Registration Form. If you are unable to find it, leave the code blank. We will assign it on the receipt of your form and intimate you through email.
3. School name : Please fill complete School name, as it will appear on each certificate and will be used in all future communications.
4. School coordinator is a team of designation for the authority in-charge representing your school for Asian Olympiad Society.
5. Coordinator is the key contact person on behalf of the school
